Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the lesson may be treated as a late cancellation and the lesson may be counted as used.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 24 hours before the lesson
You may reschedule for free or request an eligible refund.
A 5% refund processing deduction will normally be applied to customer-requested refunds.
Less than 24 hours before the lesson
Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and may be counted as used.
No-shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows are non-refundable and the lesson will be counted as used.
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Teacher Cancellations
If PINPIN cancels a lesson, you may choose:
- a free reschedule; or
- a full refund.
No refund deduction applies when PINPIN cancels the lesson.
Lesson Packages
- 8-Lesson Package: valid for 4 months from purchase
- 16-Lesson Package: valid for 8 months from purchase
Unused packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no package lesson has been used.
Once a package has started, it is generally non-refundable.
Package credits are personal, non-transferable and must be used within the validity period unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require several business days to display the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
